Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen.

Inspection:

• Upon receiving your Smartville Periscope, please inspect the product immediately.
• Any claims for defects must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery.
• If no claim is made within this period, the product is deemed accepted by the Buyer.

Returns:

• You may return the product for any reason within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
• To initiate a return, contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, along with all accessories and documentation, to be eligible for a refund.
• Returns must be shipped at the Buyer's expense to the address provided by the Seller.

Refunds:

• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, the Seller will process the refund.
